In the new product development stage, we can use 3D printing technology to create a set or several sets of vowin.cn/' target='_blank'>rapid prototypes for you in the shortest time to complete design verification, assembly testing, performance testing and other important work, to help you shorten the development cycle and reduce the cost of research and development.
The advantages of 3D printing:
1) it takes only a few hours to dozens of hours to complete one or several prototypes, and the product R & D cycle can be reduced by more than 40%.
2)without machining, turning or opening the mold, the master of rapid prototyping can be printed directly, and the cost of product development is greatly reduced.
3)The dimensional precision can meet the requirements of the industrial assembly. The size accuracy of the plastic sample is up to + 0.1mm, and the dimensional precision of the metal sample can reach to 20.
4)Plastic sample use high performance engineering plastic materials nylon 12 , with high strength, high toughness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, temperature and other excellent properties.
5)Fast sample can meet a variety of stringent testing requirements, such as wind tunnel test (3000 rpm), water pressure and flow test (more than 10000 times).
B.CNC Machining
Use raw materials to directly process samples that meet the requirements.CNC has a fast processing speed and good sample surface quality. After finishing the surface spraying, silk printing and electroplating, it is even more brilliant than the product produced by the mold. The application of numerical control technology is widely used, which can be processed with ABS, POM, PC, PA, metal and other materials to meet the needs of different customers. In particular, the samples made of high quality and dense engineering materials have unparalleled strength and toughness.
The advantages of CNC machining:
1.Engineering plastics are used directly. The material is cheap and the selection of material is wide.
2.The performance of the machine is stable and the operation is simple.
3.Especially suitable for parts with large size and simple structure.
Common materials for CNC machining:
ABS, PC, POM, PP ,PMMA, nylon, Aluminum Alloy, zinc alloy, low carbon steel, copper, stainless steel, Teflon PBT, in addition, PPS, PEET, polyurethane foam can be used as processing materials.
