First, the whole process of implementing concurrent engineering

 Implementing parallel engineering in the whole process is one of the most effective ways to shorten the plastic mold development cycle. The so-called parallel engineering is the process, the various steps in the development process of the plastic mold must be synchronized, parallel, cross-over, try to avoid serial.

 

Second, standardized design and manufacturing

 Plastic mold design standardization must first establish a plastic mold design standard database, including standard parts for individual parts, standard parts with assembly structure, mold frame structure database and typical plastic mold structure database, for technicians to call copy when designing plastic mold, improve design The efficiency and the use rate of standard parts of plastic molds realize the standardization, serialization and standardization of plastic mold structure, making the standardization degree of plastic molds more than 70%.

 

Third, fine processing once in place

 The purpose of fine processing is to greatly reduce the fitter training, one-time work in place. Reduce the repeated processing, post-order compensation, manual dressing and the dependence of the mold quality on the fitter skills. The upper die edge gap is directly processed into position, and the fitter does not need to open the gap; the punching convex/female die can be directly installed without debugging: the high smoothness of the model face is not attached to the blade, and the grinding is reduced: the inner cover drawing die is not used. Go to the knife mark, do not push the grinding; concave round corner overcut processing, no need to clear the roots. Through the meticulous processing and the use of high-level standard parts, and then the processing reference and assembly standard of the parts are consistent, the fitter-made manufacturing is not equipped with less repair, so-called "direct assembly method", which is the management direction of modern plastic mold production.
